1:30:28 PM Chairman Skinner Call to Order. Present were Commissioners Skinner, Murdock, and White, Deputy County Attorney Kate Dinwiddie and Acting Clerk to the Board Mary Miller.

2:23:30 PM Commissioner White Comments, I think it's appropriate to put those two easements up against one another. I don't see a reason not to support this and I support the I guess the realignment of the easement to the top the northern 30 feet of the Evans property line.
